15/03/15	2 hours	Task allocation.	I have allocated tasks between the four members of the team. The tasks are allocated equally among the users, and discussed about the assignment.
21/03/15	2 hours 55 minutes	Started completing the 3 introduction –Target audience	The target audience is introduced, and the research methods are identified.
26/03/15	1 hour 25 minutes	Started completing the section 3.1	The audience beliefs are identified and explained.
28/03/15	3 hours 20 minutes	Completed section 3.2 audience level.	The level of the audience is identified for the pre-installed Samsung mobile application.
31/03/15	2 hour 30 minutes.	Completed the section 3.3 and 3.4 - Audience demographic and audience expectation	The demographics of the user audience are determined  and the expectation of the audience is clarified.
1/04/15	1 hour	Team members meeting.	All the team members has presented their allocated tasks, and  discussed about the major problems.
2/4/15	3 hour	The user design brief for the stage 1 submission is finalised.	The design brief document’s layout, font and grammar were checked.
18/4/15	4 Hour	Task allocation among users. Discussion on feedback provided for the Stage one submission.	The feedback Is reviewed, and teach member is asked to refine their section on the basis of the comments provided in the feedback sheet.
22/4/15	3 Hours	Task to refine the work of stage one submission.	Section 3 is revised. Section 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4 updated.
25/4/15	4 hour	Writing the introduction part for section 6.	Section 6 introduction part completed partially.
3/4/15	6 Hour	Section 6.1	Section 6 is completed. Various tools and elements of designing process identified. I have finished this task with the one member of the group. (Harshvir Grewal)
4/5/15	4 Hour	Section 6.1 revision and section 6.2 completion.	Finished section 6.1 and 6.2. Created wireframes, flowchart and other designing elements.
6/5/15	3 Hours	Proof reading of the all the work done by team members.	Proof reading is done to correct minor spelling mistakes, task allocation table is adjusted, the layout of the document is adjusted, and font size is changed to make the look  of the document attractive.
29/5/15	2 Hours	Uploaded my own workshop answer sheet	Workshop sheets were uploaded correctly on google drive.
30/5/15	3.4 Hours	Edited the content of the stage-2 submission according the feedback provided to the group members	Section 6 Alpha design was developed. Section 6.1 was edited. Section 6.2 was edited
31/5/15	3 hours	Worked in a group to prepare the section 7.1 and 7.2 of the workbook.	The section 7.1 and 7.2 were introduced.
2/5/15	2 Hours	The photoshop designs were converted to an online prototype	The photoshop design were converted to an actual working prototype called Marvel online prototyping tool.
3/5/15	3 Hour	Final design were revised based on the test results.	The final design was adjusted to address the changes based on the test results. The task was completed in a group.
5/6/15	1 hour	Document structure was adjusted for final submission.	I adjusted the layout of the document including the images layout, font size, Grammar and spellings within the document. I also converted the document into an PDF file as per the submission requirement.
7/6/15	15 Minutes	Final document distribution among team members & submission of UID stage -3 document on Griffith portal.	File was distributed to each of the team member, and submitted to the Griffith portal at 10 PM on 7/6/15.
